Morai: The Cooneen Ghost

Ireland's most famous ghost story

The Cooneen Ghost is considered to be the most famous Irish ghost story in history.  It is the story of a poor family living in a cottage in Fermanagh in 1913, who are plagued by a terrifying poltergeist, rumoured to be that of an old man who had been murdered in the house previously.

BBC’s Northern Ireland’s Greatest Haunts presenter and author Andy Matthews investigated the story of the family and claims the location to have been of the scariest he has ever visited as a paranormal investigator.  Now a writer, Andy has turned his experiences into Morai:The Cooneen Ghost.

Featuring JOSHUA CRISP as Jack, EMILY CARDING as Kes, MURRAY SIMON as David, JACK KRISTIANSEN as Richard, SORCHA BROOKS as Mrs. O’Toole and AMY SUTTON as SUSAN.
